   <title>食色诱人家常菜——肉菜</title>

<p align="left"><br /><strong>原料：</strong>&nbsp; <br /><br />鸭血、葱、小红辣椒、盐、胡椒粉、五香粉、绍酒。&nbsp; <br /><br /><br /><br /><br /><strong>做法：</strong>&nbsp; <br /><br />1、将鸭血切成块，葱切末，小红辣椒切圈；&nbsp; <br /><br />2、用盐、胡椒粉、五香粉、绍酒放入鸭血腌渍半小时；&nbsp; <br /><br />3、锅中放油煸香葱末，放入肉末煸炒出香味，放入小红辣椒圈、剁椒炒熟，炒出香味加少许盐、鸡精调味；&nbsp; <br /><br />4、将煸好的佐料倒在腌好的鸭血上，上蒸锅蒸10分钟即可出锅。&nbsp;</p>
